Risk Assessment Policy

A risk assessment list will be checked daily when children are in my care.

Both my husband and I have been CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) checked.

You are welcome to see any qualifications and CRB certificates. I have completed a Level 2 Paediatric First Aid course, and have my Level 2 and a Level 3 qualification in Child Care and Development. I have been inspected by Ofsted and have the relevant Childminding Insurance.

I will require you to sign to say you have read and understood this Policy.

If you have any concerns regarding this policy please discuss them with me.
